How we started

Central Coast Worm Farm started out as a composting facility in Hollister, California, producing high quality compost for the organic farmers on the Central Coast for over thirty years. Central Coast Worm Farm modified the compost facility by feeding the same great compost to our herd of worms and creating one of nature’s greatest fertilizers, Pure Worm Castings and Ag Grade Vermicompost. We now can offer top rated Ag Grade Vermicompost to our growers as an alternative to compost. Central Coast Worm Farm is the first producer able to offer Vermicompost to farmers and growers at an economical price point similar to compost allowing farmers and growers to vermicompost at industrial scales and yield the benefits of vermicompost.
